These Terms of Use set forth the conditions applicable to users’ use of the website “YAMADA SHOTEN Online” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) operated by YAMADA SHOTEN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us” or “our”). Users who intend to purchase items via the Site must read these Terms carefully. By using the Site, users shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.
Users may purchase items on the Site upon accepting these Terms. No separate fee is required to browse or use the Site.

Users may place orders for items listed as in stock on the Site by following the prescribed procedures. Orders cannot be canceled once the items have been shipped.

In general, shipment will be made after we confirm the user’s payment. Delivery date and time may not always meet users’ requests.
We may not be able to ship fragile items (such as framed works or ceramics) overseas, depending on the item and the destination.
We accept returns only when the delivered items have defects that were not described beforehand or in other cases for which we are responsible.
In such cases, users must contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will bear the shipping costs for returning the items, and refund the amount paid.
We may change, add to, suspend or terminate all or part of the content or services of the Site without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
If a user violates these Terms, causes damage to us or other users, or conducts any act we deem inappropriate, we may deny such user access to the Site.
