All items for sale are second-hand items, unless otherwise noted.
We try our best to describe every detail about the conditions of the items carefully; however, some deterioration over time may not be fully described.
Basically all the images of items on this website are photographs of the actual items on sale. Please note that the actual colors and textures of the items may appear different depending on your monitor setting.
You can place your order by using the online shopping cart, or by e-mail or fax.
Select the item you want and click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button.
Check the order details on your shopping cart page and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Enter your name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other required information, and click “Confirm the Entry.”
*Please be sure to fill in all required fields.
The order completion screen appears, and an automatic “order confirmation e-mail” is sent to the e-mail address you entered.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, there may be an error in the e-mail address or a system malfunction on our side.
In such case, please contact us directly by e-mail or fax to make sure that your order has been received.
*Please also check your spam / junk folder to see if our e-mail was filtered.
We will send you another e-mail by the end of the following business day to inform you of the availability of the item(s).
If the item is in stock, this e-mail also includes the shipping cost and payment method.
Your order will be finalized when you reply to this e-mail.
Please reply within 7 business days, otherwise your order will be canceled.
*Because the items are also on sale at our physical store, they may be sold out before your confirmation.
We will send you an invoice with the total amount including shipping (and insurance, if any).

Please pay the total amount (item price + shipping + COD fee) to the delivery staff of Japan Post.
*The COD fee (from JPY 493) varies depending on the total amount.

If we cannot confirm your payment within the period, your order will be canceled.

All items are shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post.

We will inform you of the shipping and insurance costs after packing.
Orders are shipped by Japan Post (Yu-Pack, Yu-Packet, Yu-Mail, Letter Pack) or Seino Transportation (Kangaroo service).
We will choose the best method based on your address and the item size.
*Yu-Packet, Yu-Mail and Letter Pack are available only for items under JPY 2,000 and of certain sizes.

Normally, items are dispatched by the end of the following business day after payment confirmation.
We do not accept returns due to personal reasons.
If the item has a defect that was not described, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the item to us.
*Returns cannot be accepted after 3 days from the date of arrival.
We will refund the amount you paid by bank transfer or by the method we specify.
