Here is the guide on how to shop at our online store.

Precautions

All we have for sale are second-hand items, unless otherwise noted.
We try our best to describe every detail about conditions of the items carefully, however, some changes or deterioration caused over time may fail to be on the list.
Basically all the images of items on this website are our photographs of the actual items on sale. Please note that the actual colors and textures of the items may appear different depending on your monitor setting.

How to Order

You can place your order by using the online shopping cart, e-mail or fax.

Order Using Shopping Cart

[STEP 1 Select the Item]

Select the item you want and click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.

[STEP 2 Confirm Order on Shopping Cart Page]

Check the order details on your shopping cart page and click "Proceed to Checkout."

[STEP 3 Enter Your Information]

Enter your name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other required information, and click "Confirm the Entry."
*Please be sure to fill in all fields with an asterisk.

[STEP 4 Review & Place Your Order]

The completion screen appears, and an automatic “confirmation e-mail” is sent to the e-mail address previously entered.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, there may be some errors in the e-mail address or malfunction in our system.
In such case, please contact us directly by e-mail or fax to make sure that your order is received by us.

*Please check to see if our e-mail got blocked or filtered before contacting us.

[STEP 5 Inventory Check → Complete Order Placement]

We send you another e-mail to inform you of availability and the details of the ordered item(s) by the end of the following business day.
If the item is in stock and you would like to proceed with your order, please confirm by return e-mail. By replying to our e-mail, your order placement is finally completed.

Don't forget to reply back to us within 7 business days, otherwise your order will be canceled.
*Please also note that the ordered item may be sold out at our physical store before your confirmation.

[STEP 6 Receive Invoice]

We send you an invoice for your order, including the shipping cost and insurance fee.

We will get back to you after checking our inventory.

Payment Methods

Payments must be made before shipment unless orders are to be picked up at our physical store or sent COD.
*If you wish to purchase items at company or public expense, please contact us.
*We do not accept payment in installments.

For Overseas Customers

Payments should be completed at PAY.JP using your credit card.
*VISA and Mastercard only.

For Customers in Japan

Bank Transfer

Remittances are to be made to any one of our accounts of the banks below. We will inform you of details of your preferred bank account after firm order.

Credit Cards

Payments should be completed at PAY.JP using your credit card.
*VISA and Mastercard only.

COD

Please pay the total amount of your order, shipping cost and an extra charge for COD to the deliverer of JAPAN POST.
*The extra charge (JPY 468 and above) varies depending on the amount of your order.

Payment Deadline

Payments must be made within 7 days from the date of firm order.
If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, your order will be canceled.
*Please let us know if you find it inconvenient.

Delivery Methods

For Overseas Customers

All items are to be shipped by EMS, the international mail service provided by JAPAN POST.

We inform you of the shipping cost and insurance fee after packing your order.

For Customers in Japan

Orders are to be shipped by JAPAN POST’s Yu-Pack, Yu-Mail or Letter Pack or SEINO TRANSPORTATION’s Kangaroo service.
We offer you the best choice depending on your shipping address.
* Yu-Mail and Letter Pack are used only for items priced less than JPY 2,000. Note that some of those items may not be the case because of their sizes.
*All the prices shown below include tax.

JAPAN POST

Yu-Pack: JPY 810 and up
Yu-Mail: JPY 180 and up *Date/time of delivery cannot be specified.
Letter Pack: JPY 370 for posting or JPY 520 for direct handing *Date/time of delivery cannot be specified.

SEINO TRANSPORTATION

Kangaroo service: JPY 450 and up

Date of Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched by the end of the following business day after confirmation of payment.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to personal reasons.
For other cases for which we are responsible, please contact us and return the items to us within 3 days of receipt.
*No return will be accepted if we do not hear from you within the mentioned period.

We will bear shipping costs incurred in the course of returns of items.
