この度、山田書店ギャラリーでは没後70年を記念して、新版画を代表する版画家・吉田博の展示即売展を開催いたします。ダイアナ妃を魅了した吉田博の木版画は、国内外でもその人気と評価は高まるばかりです。当ギャラリーで二回目となる展示即売展では、吉田博の木版画・肉筆作品をはじめ、妻ふじを、長男遠志、次男穂高、さらに千鶴子、司の作品も併せて展示いたします。多才な才能に恵まれた吉田家の世界を是非ご堪能ください。
※今回は吉田博の専属摺師・小松平八氏の旧蔵品を中心に、「瀬戸内海集 光る海」の見本摺り（参考出品）など貴重な資料も展示いたします。

In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of Hiroshi Yoshida‘s death, the Yamada Shoten Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of Hiroshi Yoshida’s prints for sale. The popularity and reputation of Hiroshi Yoshida’s woodblock prints, which attracted Princess Diana, Princess of Wales, continues to grow both in Japan and abroad. This exhibition, the second of its kind to be held at the gallery, will feature not only Hiroshi Yoshida’s woodblock prints and painting works, but also works by his wife Fujio, eldest son Tohshi, second son Hotaka, Chizuko, and Tsukasa. We hope you will enjoy the world of beauty of the Yoshida family, which was blessed with many talents.
*This year’s exhibition will also feature valuable materials, including a sample print of “The Inland Sea Series / Glittering Sea” (reference exhibit) from the former collection of Mr. Heihachi Komatsu, Hiroshi Yoshida’s exclusive printer.
